MONDAY 9/14

TODAY:
-We never talked about Kanye's crazy ass at the VMA's,
-We began our discussion of Chapter 2. We focused on the reasons why the customer is "in the driver's seat." Things like more competition amongst businesses, technology, & the demand for quality were all talked about as reasons why businesses want to hear input from their customers.

HOMEWORK:
-Notecard.
-Discussion questions:
1) Drucker says that "there is never only one customer." What does he mean? How do the Girl Scouts of America fit into this?
2) Pick a company and identify its core customer demographic (who accounts for a majority of the company's sales?) Then identify a secondary customer market.

-We divided into 4 groups & assigned Chapter 2 discussion questions to each. These groups will be leading discussion on Wednesday.

-Explain breach of duty.
-Explain proximate

Group 3: Katie, Kyle, Kelly
-Explain damage.
-Explain employees.

-Explain administrative/supervisory personnel
-Explain the corporate entuty.
