-We discussed the 2 SBJ articles that you read for homework.
-We finished our discussion of Chapter 3. Our discussion focused on LEED.

HOMEWORK:
-Exam #1: Chapters 1-3, Security, One Day in September documentary, SBJ articles, Blog article.

Chapter 1
-Define master-planning, bidding, bid form,
-What 3 things does master-planning require the coordination & integration of?
-What 3 questions does a master plan answer?
-I will explain to you the phases of a master plan, you will need to correctly identify the phase being described.

-Explain the main differences between small & large projects.

-Into the Wild: Chapters 4 & 5.
-Read Chapter 2 & answer the following Discussion Questions:
1) Will leisure time grow or decline in the future? Why?
2) According to the textbook, what factors will contribute to the growth or decline of leisure in the future?
3) What factors contributed to the leisure explosion from the 19th to 20th Century?
4) Explain how "spectatorship," "boredom," & "nonliving" are leisure-related problems.
