-Chapter 1 discussion questions (4-10) were due.
-We continued our discussion of Drucker Chapter 1. We reviewed the successful business attributes that we discussed on Monday, & discussed the definition & functions of management.

-You were to have read the 2 articles: What makes fans tick? & What makes fans crazy about sports?
-The discussion questions associated with the 2 articles were due.
-We continued our Sports & Society discussion. We finished discussing the sports athletes, teams, & events that impacted society. We talked about Title IX, the 1999 Women's World Cup, Lance Armstrong, the 1980 Winter Olympics, Jim Valvano, the 1968 Summer Olympics, & the 1995 Rugby World Cup.
