-We continued our discussion of Chapter 1.  Our discussion focused on sustainability & green facilities.

-We continued our discussion of Chapter 1.  Our discussion focused on the philosophy of Peter Drucker & the 6 functions of management.

-We continued our discussion of the history of the beer industry.  We finished discussing the European history & began discussing America's history with beer.
