TODAY:
-Chapter 7 discussion questions were due.
-We began a discussion of Chapter 7. Our discussion focused on the benefits of strength training, the difference between muscular strength & endurance, and the myths of women's strength training. 

HOMEWORK:
-Vinny Papageorgiou will bring in a current event for us to discuss.
-Read the article "Obesity Rate May Be Worse Than We Think" & answer the following Discussion Questions:
1) For decades, what have doctors & health officials relied on to categorize people as overweight & obese?
2) Out of 10 adults whose BMI places them in the overweight category, how many would be considered obese if their body fat percentage were taken into account?
