-We began a discussion of Chapter 1. We discussed attributes that make companies successful. We also compared rival companies (Apple & Dell, Starbucks & Dunkin Donuts) & dscussed what makes each so successful.

-We finished our discussion of the course format & expectations.
-We began a discussion of Chapter 1. We discussed the 2 main components of a healthy lifestyle program (physical activity healthy diet), & the reasons why so many Americans do not incorporate a healthy lifestyle program into their daily lives. We finished by discussing the 4 main factors that affect health & well-being.

-We began our discussion of Drucker Chapter 1 by taking a look at what attributes are required to make a company/business successful.

-We began a discussion of Chapter 1. We started off by talking about why effective facility management is so important. We then discussed the 3 qualities that leaders need to possess in order to get people to follow them, & the 8 key leadership qualities. We finished by discussing if these leadership traits can be learned or if you are born with them,
