-I decided to skip Chapter 12 & Chapter 14. Due Tuesday 4/21, Chapter 15 discussion questions:
1) Explain the similarities & differences between management & leadership.
2) Explain the scientific management approach, human relations management approach, & process approach to management.
3) Explain the 4 situational leadership models.
