3) What are the ABC's of customer service?
4) Why is it important for sports facilities to have strong alcohol & crowd management plans?

Thursday 4/23: SBJ Group Presentation (Joe Landry, Ross Brown, Richie Pecoraro, Ryan Hayes) & finish Chapter 12.
Tuesday 4/28: Discussion Paper #2 due & Chapter 16 discussion.
Thursday 4/30: Industry Interview due & Chapter 17 discussion.

I am an Instructor in the Sports & Recreation Management program at Franklin Pierce. This is my 8th year teaching college level classes; my 5th at FPU. My industry experience includes minor league hockey and baseball, Red Bull, and Nike.
This blog will be a daily online journal for class. I will post notes about what we discussed in class, what we will be doing in the next class, and reminders of upcoming assignments.
