-Drucker Chapter 7 discussion questions due.
-We continued our discussion of Chapter 5. Our discussion focused on the difference between efficiency & effectiveness, what management must offer knowledge workers, the 3 types of employees, and intrinsic & extrinsic motivation. We will finish Chapter 5 at the beginning of class on Wednesday with a discussion of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and its implication on management.
HOMEWORK:
-No homework.

-We finished our discussion of Chapter 5 by discussing the benefits & issues of youth organized sports.
