TODAY:
-Chapter 6 discussion questions 1-13 were due.
-We discussed the 2 SBJ articles that were due last class.
-We began a discussion of Chapter 6.  Our discussion focused on the history of ADA.

HOMEWORK:
-Jeff Gloshinski will bring in a current event for us to discuss.
-Answer the following Chapter 6 Discussion Questions:
14) Any newly constructed facility, or any facility of public accommodation occupied after what date must meet ADA guidelines?
15) What is dispersed seating?
16) What is the order of the Department of Justice's priority list for facility alterations?
17) Summarize the Anderson v. Little League Baseball, Inc. case.

-We watched the following clip to introduce The Corporation. What is a corporation?

6) On page 26 the author states that corporations use "branding" to create unique & attractive personalities for themselves. What is "branding?" To answer this effectively, you will need to research this further than just the short blurb in the book.
7) On page 26 the author quotes Clay Timon, CEO of Landor Associates the world's largest & oldest branding firm, as saying, "Corporations, as brands have souls." What does he mean?
