-We continued our discussion of Chapter 14. Our discussion focused on analyzing beer consumer data to see how it applies to researching locations for a microbrewery. We also began watching a video clip of the microbrewery Oceanside Ale Works.

I am an Instructor in the Sports & Recreation Management program at Franklin Pierce. This is my 8th year teaching college level classes; my 5th at FPU. My industry experience includes minor league hockey and baseball, Red Bull, and Nike.
This blog will be a daily online journal for class. I will post notes about what we discussed in class, what we will be doing in the next class, and reminders of upcoming assignments.
