IC101:
Today: I handed out the Midterm assignment outline which will be due on Wednesday October 31. We finished storyboarding scene ideas for the 5 main issues we will address in our film. We then divided into 5 groups with each group taking on the task of writing scenes for each issues. Our goal for next Monday is for each group to have 2 scenes written for their assigned issue so we can discuss as a class.
Homework: Read Unit 1 in the Common Reader about types of learners & learning strategies.

Today: We discussed Chapter 1 of The Corporation and focused on the following:
-How did corporations become so powerful?
-How is a corporation a "person?"
-What is "New Capitalism?"
-How do corporations use branding to create unique & attractive personalities for themselves?
Homework: Read & be ready to discuss Chapter 2.
