Today: We opened class with a Plus/Delta Chart to gauge the class' midterm evaluation. Thank you all for your input. We then discussed your first Blog posting. I went over common mistakes and how to avoid them for the upcoming postings. Next, we discussed the Daily Inventory assignment you had been tracking since last week. W found out that your biggest non-leisure time consumer is sleeping, and your biggest leisure time consumer is socializing. Finally, we began a discussion based on Chapter 7 in the textbook. We focused on the following:
-How can fitness be affected by leisure activity?
-How can leisure activity be affected by fitness?
-What are the physiological benefits of exercise?
-What are the psychological benefits of exercise?
Homework: Quiz based on Chapter 7 in the textbook & Chapters 9 & 10 in Into The Wild. Read and be ready to discuss Into The Wild, Chapters 9 & 10.

-Financial Accountability
-Financial Management
-Internal Control
Homework: Read & be ready to discuss Chapter 7. Our quiz will be based on Chapters 6 & 7 (see study guide below).
